This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. This role would be ideal for an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef De Partie looking to take the next step.
A flexible working roster with a mix of days and nights.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or for an ambitious Chef with career progression
- Confident in managing and leading the kitchen team with the head chef
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Team player that leads by example with a hands-on approach
- Clear understanding of Food Safety guidelines
- Ability to put forward innovative and creative food ideas for our seasonal menu, specials and functions.
- Focused on delivering the best experience for all of our patrons, both members & visitors alike
- Comply with safe work practices by following Work, Health and Safety policies.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated leadership in a similar role for at least 3 years
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent time management skills
- High food standards in both quality and presentation and Strong attention to detail
- General understanding of a club operation is preferred but not essential
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task as required and solve problems in a professional and timely manner
