Job Description: As a Development Lead at Atlas Digital Innovations, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft’s comprehensive suite of products and technologies. You will lead a team of developers in creating high-quality applications that leverage the full potential of the Microsoft ecosystem to meet our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft technologies including .NET, Vue.js, and Azure.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in C#, F#, PowerShell, and various Microsoft development frameworks and databases to guide complex projects to successful completion.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new software solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Technology Strategy: Contribute to the technology strategy by keeping abreast of the latest Microsoft developments and leveraging them to enhance business processes.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet high standards of reliability and performance.
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Development Lead or Senior Developer within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, F#, and PowerShell.
- Extensive experience with development frameworks like .NET, Vue2, Vue 3, and Azure.
- Deep knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Cosmos DB.
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Windows Server, and Azure platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer Associate, or MCSE are desirable but not mandatory.
