Pega Development Lead (Melbourne Or Canberra)

To be considered for this role you must hold AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance. While not essential, having worked for a tier 1 industry provider would be an advantage.

Cynosure Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Pega Development Lead for a long term contract with possible extensions.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Approximately 10 years’ experience as a Pega Architect/Lead System Architect
• Pega experience on 8.x version and played a role of LSA (Lead System Architect) for at least 2 years
• Has designed, architected and built at least one end to end solution including data model, business process flows and all major application components.
• Strong experience on Integration components Connectors and Services including REST, SOAP, Email Listener etc.
• Experience in design of Pega Class structure, Case types and Enterprise reusability
• Experience in analysing production environment performance and suggest recommendation on performance improvement
• Experience in all types of Pega log analysis, such as Pega Rules, Alert, Business Intelligence Exchange, etc.
• Experience in detail on code and design review to maintain the application quality as per Pega guardrails
• Experience in security on authentication, authorisation and access controls etc.
• Strong experience in scoping, planning and delivering the application over iterative software development cycle.
• Lead / mentor other developers and team members on Pega best practices and standards.
• Review code and establish best practices.
• Be involved in the development lifecycle and perform definition and feasibility analysis.
• Contribute to the design of new solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and solve encountered problems; and identify potential process improvements.
• Deliver quality results on time with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of Australian Government PROTECTED environments.
