Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Development Manager to join the team and drive the successful delivery of projects. As a Development Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design conception to construction completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring project success and fostering relationships critical to business objectives.

Salary - $160k - $180k + super

Key Responsibilities:

• Completion of design documentation and coordination to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare and submit documentation for Development Applications, Construction Certificates, and Occupation Certificates.
• Establish and manage project budgets and cash flows.
• Review and manage development programs and project briefs.
• Provide oversight and guidance, offering design recommendations and solutions while ensuring quality outcomes are achieved within specified timelines.
• Manage construction projects by supervising the development of documentation, managing tenders, administering contracts, and reporting on project progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues in a timely manner.

• Tertiary education in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years' experience in development management.
• Showcase substantial experience in drafting construction documentation, with proficiency in relevant architectural software.
• Have a proven track record of achieving high-quality design outcomes through extensive knowledge of regulations, strong planning skills, and effective consultant liaison experiences.
• Be capable of effectively managing multiple projects at various stages.
