QM Properties is a well-established residential land developer with a rich history spanning over 30 years. Based in Queensland, they specialise in crafting vibrant communities across South-East Queensland. Through their expertise in master-planned residential estates and individual developments, QM Properties has earned a reputation for delivering quality projects that enhance the lifestyle of residents in the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and submission of Development Applications (DAs), modifications, and Authority Submissions.
- Crafting and executing development strategies, contributing insights from a civil engineering and project management perspective.
- Managing Project Financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to achieve project-based objectives effectively.
- Collaborate with Development Team to problem solve and provide design input and enhancements across team projects.
- Provide direct reporting to the Development Director, offering valuable engineering insights for project success.
About You:
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, with prior involvement in land development projects.
- Brings over 5 years of engineering experience with infrastructure, and land development projects.
- Exhibits strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
