Now, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their esteemed team and further enhance their success within investment sales.
The Role
- Strengthen and manage current client relationships while simultaneously driving business growth and expanding the client base.
- Conduct meetings to qualify new clients.
- Provide consulting services to new clients regarding potential sites, building concepts, costings, etc.
- Collaborate closely with property development consultants.
- Foster relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales positions within the construction or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of meeting sales targets in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Monday – Friday role – No weekends!!
- Generous base salary + commissions that are paid weekly
