Form of workThis dynamic Gold Coast based developer is going for strength to strength with a number of key projects underway and further acquisitions taking place. Due to the commencement of a new land development they now have the need for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join their team.
Overseeing a key project your role will be the identification, tendering, negotiation, engagement, scope of works, works orders and management of consultants and subcontracts required for projects. As well as the lodgement and management of all development approvals and the development and maintenance of project programmes.
You will have a degree in a development related discipline as well as previous experience working for a land developer. You will be personable with great communication skills. Experience in QLD and NSW will be well regarded.
You will receive an excellent renumeration package and the opportunity to work on some projects around Brisbane, Gold Coast and NSW.
