We are currently looking for an experienced Development Manager to join our growing Land Lease Communities team based on the Sunshine Coast you will work between our Sunshine coast office and site offices managing a portfolio of projects based on the Sunshine Coast.
Now is an exciting team to join this market-disrupting sector, with a strong growing pipeline of projects at different stages of delivery this is a diverse role that will give you the ability to grow your career working on Stockland’s market leading Land Leased Communities projects.
You will play a critical role in fostering cross-discipline collaboration and creating relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. By driving strong engagement and ongoing relationships, you will ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage projects from conception to completion
- Design development and DA preparation
- Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships
- Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects
- Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
About You
You are an experienced Development Manager who has experience managing development projects across the full lifecycle. You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams
- Project, cost and risk management expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Customer focussed
- Proactive and results-orientated
- Degree qualified in a related discipline
