About you
In your new role as the Development Officer, you will support the Development Manager with preparation of documentation, research and gathering information for land and property matters relating to the delivery of the Special Activations Precincts. This will include land acquisition and valuation advice, assisting in the preparation of Land Development strategies, advice on property matters (such as easements), preparation of advice and evaluation of land assembly and servicing requirements to suit investor needs and assisting with land sales and transactions. Other tasks may include assistance with consultant procurement, project management and coordination, and assistance coordinating marketing, expression of interest and request for proposal processes.
To be successful in this role you will have;
Relevant industry experience and/or a degree in real estate, land economics, business, planning or engineering.
Demonstrated experience and commercial acumen in the planning and delivery of commercial transactions, Property and Land Developments including in the:
preparation and management of development concepts and strategies, feasibility studies, budgets and programs, Project Development Agreements, sales contracts, leases and sales and marketing strategies.
ability to collaborate in cross functional teams and manage external engagements.
development of relationships with senior stakeholders
