Role Overview
Ideally you have graduated - or are soon to graduate - from a property or commerce related university degree and have a keen interest in development. The successful candidate has the opportunity to advance their career within the business with a clear career path available. You will have the unique opportunity to work on townhouse and land subdivision projects. You will join a cohesive and dynamic development team. This role will grow with the business and provide exposure to acquisitions, town planning, design, construction management, finance, property law, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Arranging and coordinating meetings for project team including minute taking.
- Preparation of internal and external correspondence (including letters and memorandums).
- Coordinating the preparation and distribution of reports for PCG Meetings.
- Assisting with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
- Monitor bank guarantees / bonds via a Bond Register and ensure timely return in accordance with the relevant authority's maintenance period.
- Update the Stage Tracker for each project to monitor the completion of tasks.
- Develop a working knowledge of project funding, both debt and equity.
- Develop a working knowledge of Estate Master.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a relevant university qualification (or within final semester) such as but not limited to Property, Valuation, Engineering, Town Planning, Urban Design, Law or Business-related degrees. Some professional experience is preferable although not required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for residential property development and thrives working in a team.
