AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Project Manager to join the City Growth and Development team at Sydney Water.
In this newly created role, you will join our team that guides commercial policy and provides growth servicing intelligence to inform Sydney Water’s investment in new infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
You will support the business operations to levy and collect infrastructure contributions from the development industry, with a current estimated annual revenue $500 million per annum.
Provide timely advice and complete independent reviews to enable City Growth and Development teams to accurately respond to developer enquires. Prepare written communications to service providers and developers. Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure contributions documents and systems. Prepare financial reports on infrastructure contributions. Support infrastructure contribution audits.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including sound stakeholder management and engagement experience.
- Experience in working within a development servicing/infrastructure planning environment.
- Experience in forming and maintaining strong, constructive business relationships.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements associated with the delivery of capital works.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. urban planning, engineering, business or related discipline) or experience deemed equivalent.
