The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in operating the following within a high seam coal mine, plus the below-mentioned minimum qualifications:
- Joy Continuous Miners (12CM12) / Sandvik ABM Miners
- QDS bolters
- LHDs
- Shuttle Cars
- Driftrunners (PJB)
- Development QDS Equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Demonstrated approach to work that places safety above all else
- Hold relevant certificates, tickets and/or qualifications applicable to the position
- Have a proven commitment to promoting the Anglo American Values: Safety, Innovation, Care and Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Accountability
- Relevant trade qualifications (electrical or mechanical) for our trade roles
- Applicants will be required to permit the use of existing employment and medical data as part of the pre-employment process
- Full-time, permanent positions
- Even-time 7 ON / 7 OFF Roster
- Employed under the Grosvenor Mine Enterprise Agreement 2022
