PTC Phone Tech & Comm are the market leader in all things Mobile & Tech! Established in 2009 and still family owned to this day our specialty is Phone Accessories and Express Phone repairs. Our product range consists of high-quality mobile phone cases, a wide selection of phone screen protection, individually selected repair parts and accessories backed by our exceptionable and friendly customer service. We also offer IOT devices & Smart Tech for the home and workplace!

About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a full-time team member who is dedicated and driven Device Technician (Door-to-Door) for the city of Melbourne!

This role includes travel to multiple stores in Melbourne and providing a door-to-door service for our customers. The stores may include: Melbourne Central, QV Melbourne, Highpoint, Northland, Chadstone, Brimbank, Waverly Garden, and/or Fountain Gate. All stores are subject to change.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.

Role Expectations:

  • Must have minimum 1 year phone repair experience
  • Available in store, going door-to-door, and on the road
  • Maximum 4 days on the road
  • IRP Certified preferred
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times
  • Assisting our frontline staff with sales when in store
