About the role
We are looking for a Storeperson to join the Katherine team on a permanent, full time basis.
As an Elders Storeperson, you will manage the storage and logistics operation of the Katherine branch. You will provide exceptional customer service support to the Branch Rural Products team and Elders customers. The successful candidate will be a team player, ready to jump in and support branch operations where required.
Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
As a Storeperson for Elders Katherine you will:
- Assist in the safe storage of rural products
- Manage the handling, receiving and dispatching of store stock
- Perform the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock in a safe manner.
- Assist with stock take and other rural products logistics support activities as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the processing of sales
- Perform rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have;
- Possess Forklift license (desired)
- Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service;
- Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of general merchandise products (beneficial) and safe storage & handling practices.
