A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Medical Device Production Line Technician to join a dynamic team. The candidate will monitor and develop improvements to the process operations, perform programming, and manage maintenance, servicing and modification of plant process control system and related electrical and instrumentation equipment.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Production Line Setter or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid Industrial Automation & Control Systems Experience.
- Experience in conducting and coordinating trials of robotics systems with external industry partners is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of Production Line machinery and equipment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, material application, mechanical, electrical and electronics design and costs analysis.
- Maintaining engineering standards of analysis, validation, quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to minimize production downtime.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation and research skills are a must
- Can do attitude, results orientated, and project completion focus
