Latitude Recruitment is recruiting a Diabetes Educator on behalf of Rural Northwest Health on a casual basis, covering long service leave between June and September 2024.
If you are someone who wants to support clients to manage their health, make appropriate referrals to other allied health professionals and provide education within the community, we want to hear from you.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Nationally recognised qualification in diabetes education
- Registration with relevant professional body
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding of, and experience in diabetes education and health care
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
- Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
- COVID19 vaccination evidence
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current and valid Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current Driver's Licence
