Southern Plant & Equipment supplies sales, rental and service of primarily earthmoving equipment to customers nation wide. We are seeking a self motivated team member to fill a Diesel fitter position based in our Trafalgar workshop.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance to a wide variety of earthmoving equipment
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment and attachments
- Preparing machines for sale and hire
- Both workshop and field service
Skills, Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Certificate 3 Heavy stream or close to completion
- Experience on earthmoving equipment required
- Strong practical skills
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- A focus on work quality, safety and customer outcomes
- A current drivers license.
