About Us:
Qube Bulk division provides complete mine to market and mine resupply solutions offering mine, road, rail, storage, port and ship services. We handle more than 85 million tonnes per annum of various bulk ores, concentrates, mineral sands, salt, coal and dangerous goods. Qube Bulk is an industry leader in safety initiatives and innovation through advanced In-Vehicle Management Systems (IVMS), fleet monitoring, supply chain management technology and equipment performance-based standards engineering.
We are looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics to join the Qube team, based in our Fassifern Depot. Must have transport and heavy vehicle experience. The main focus of these roles will be helping keep our modern fleet of Prime movers, earthmoving equipment and all mechanical equipment operational and serviced, maintained and repaired as needed in accordance with requirements.
NOTE: This is a residential based role.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• A diesel mechanic qualification with previous experience in a similar role
• Strong electrical aptitude
• Experience working with Heavy Duty Equipment
• Experience in a heavy industry transport or mining environment
• Hold a current driver's license
• Have an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Have the ability to pass an ASIO/Police clearance
• Have a positive attitude
