With a recently awarded dredging project at Mt Owen Mine in the Hunter Valley region (NSW), Hall Contracting are now looking for Diesel Fitters to join their project team. The project is expected to start around March/April 2024, and is set to go on for 10-12 months.
*FIFO and DIDO applicants will also be considered*
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying reliability issues & improvements to machines and systems
- Actively participate in preventative maintenance programs and record keeping through our digital system
- Responding to and addressing equipment breakdowns in an appropriate time frame with access to digital manuals and maintenance planners.
- Adhering to all OHS Policies & Procedures at all times with digital access to form and procedures to ensuring safety is not compromised.
About You:
- Heavy Diesel or Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate (essential)
- Self-driven, reliable, high interest in the mechanical trades
- Professional manner when communicating with clients
- A keen eye for details and pride in your work
