Vassallo Group of companies is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced tradespersons to join our work family for the following role:

Serviceman andTruck Mechanic

We are seeking a Serviceman and Truck Mechanic to work in our Northern  Beaches - Mackay workshop, or across our local construction and quarry operations. You will be working on our fleet of light to heavy trucks and other equipment. Our maintenance group is critical to the lifeblood of our business. 

The Successful applicant will have:

• Experience in working on heavy vehicles and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• The ability to work in our Northern Beaches workshop or in the field as required.
• Relevant mechanical trades certification. 
• Current Driver’s License
• Be a Mackay or surrounding area resident, this is not a FIFO role. 
• Want to be part of a family-based work group and be home at nights. 

About the Role: 

You will be based in and around the Mackay area working on a Mon- Fri – (days only) roster, involved in maintenance of our light and heavy vehicles.

There is an option for overtime and weekends as required.
