An opportunity for a Trade Qualified Diesel Fitter/Mechanic in Mackay now exists.
About the role
You will work across a broad range of mechanical equipment, completing mechanical diagnostic and preventative maintenance as required. The role is varied, providing time in the workshop and time on site across construction and maintenance work. You will use your troubleshooting and diagnostic skills whilst working unsupervised and be supported with expertise when required.

A trade qualified Diesel Fitter/Mechanic, you ideally have previous mining experience, ideally with Generators and are a team player who can also work unsupervised. Other trades considered include Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Fitter or Mechanic – light vehicle experience. You may have experience with Cummins and other Generators and diagnostic tools is preferred however this is not essential.
