Gaff Heavy Diesel (est. 2015) are a family locally owned labour-hire company in Mackay and the Coal fields. We provide experienced workers across multiple industries. Every worker in our system has had to undergo screening to prove that they have the skills required to get the job done.
Qualifications & experience
- Trade qualification certificate
- Current drivers license
- Breakdown and field service experience highly favorable
- Highly self motivated and able to work as directed both independently and within a team
- High levels of troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Supply of own hand tools
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reporting to Workshop manager
- Responsible for carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance on various equipment both in the field and workshop
- Perform inspections to determine condition and suitability of equipment to return to service
