About the role:
Full time position with atleast 3-4 years experience in Diesel Mechanic. Annual salary is $65,000 - $70,000 plus Superannuation.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
· Meet the company safety and cleanliness while ensuring that mechanic work is being carried out
· Willingness to be trained with other responsibilities when required on working other projects
· Maintain equipment condition that does not compromise safety
· Detect and diagnose faults in engine and parts
· Dismantle and remove engines, systems and other components and checking parts
· Perform scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups
· Reassemble engines and parts after being repaired
· Diagnose and test parts with the assistance of computers of required
· Inspect vehicles and ensure worthiness
