Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the quality of work performed and coordination of technicians working on all equipment to meet on time delivery.
- Work with clients and suppliers to develop and maintain good working relationships.
- Ensure all safety standards and protocols and maintained and workshop documentation is recorded.
- Oversee the quality assurance and control of the workshop tasks.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement new methods to optimise lean manufacturing principles.
- Confidently delegate tasks between the workshop team to ensure speed of completion.
Essential Criteria
- Hold a Qualification as Boilermaker and/or Welder tradesperson.
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance management practices.
- Proven track record of effectively leading maintenance teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- All successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment medical, updated police clearance & provide two recent references.
