About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver senior Dietetic services within the Rehab@Home service and the broader Metro South Health@Home team.
This includes:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Dietetic clinical services to patients/consumers in a community or residential care setting within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality Dietetic services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- To provide supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's)
- The position may be required to work across the three campuses and provide care to clients in both the community and residential care settings.
