As a Digital Account Manager at Supafitgrow, your primary focus will be increasing sales revenue through personal contact with new and existing clients, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities. The role involves exploring new clients, markets, services, and opportunities that will enable Supafitgrow to exceed its growth plan for 2023.
Key Requirements/Qualifications:
- Managing AUS or USA accounts
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management
- Experience within the Fitness Industry is highly regarded (Personally &/or Professionally)
- Digital Marketing experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to build strong working relationships and multi-task
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Flexible working hours as you may be required to engage with opportunities on short notice
- Proficient in G-Suite Applications
Role Responsibilities:
- Growing sales for Supafitgrow by exceeding targets
- Leveraging current clients and networks to find new opportunities
- Researching organisations and individuals to identify new opportunities
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Working with the operations team to provide quotes and proposals for clients
- Developing goals for the development pipeline and business growth, ensuring they are met
- Helping to guide future Supafitgrow strategy and targets
- Promoting the Supafitgrow brand wherever possible
- Living up to and embodying the Supafitgrow values
