We’re a rapidly growing digital agency and custom software house looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Digital Account Manager to join us in our Brisbane CBD office. You’ll be joining a great team of talented marketers with a fun team culture where we genuinely enjoy coming to work every day and work-life balance is a reality.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with marketing clients to develop effective marketing strategies to grow their businesses and act as the voice of your customers within our business.
- Building strong relationships with customers through which you understand their business and marketing needs and can build trust with them.
- Project managing campaigns and initiatives for your marketing clients.
- Working closely with our Digital Marketing Executives who are managing the technical implementation of your client's marketing campaigns.
- Regularly reviewing performance reporting to ensure that we are meeting the goals set for each client campaign and account performance generally.

- Support in sales as a digital marketing subject matter expert to engage with inbound customer opportunities (no outbound sales expected).
- Applying your creative and strategic lens to customer challenges and opportunities to know how to expertly leverage the myriad of current and emerging digital marketing channels to achieve their goals.
- Working effectively as part of the broader team to support your fellow R6 team members.
The ideal person for this role will be:
- Demonstrated organisational skills in digital or website project management
- Digital Marketing Experience and confidence in having goal-based conversations with clients about their business and marketing campaigns.
- Experienced with managing digital projects to guide the delivery of marketing campaigns / websites / creative projects for clients.
- Confident working with marketing data and metrics, having the ability to draw insights from data and communicate that to clients and team members.
- An enthusiastic, positive and team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn.
- Driven to produce ridiculously good work that gets results through your relentless pursuit of the best.
- A great communicator with the ability to work effectively with internal team members and clients.
- An effective listener who can truly understand what a customer needs and values.
- self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, balancing multiple priorities, deadlines and fluctuating workloads.
Skills that would be great to have (but are not essential):
- Experience using analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, AHREFS, SEMRush etc.
- Experience building and optimising campaigns for paid search, social and display.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a sales role doing cross-selling to current customers.
