A bit about us:

We are a Creative Marketing Agency located in Morningside. Our agency provides creative services including videography, photography, digital marketing, branding and web design to a range of small & large businesses, government organisations and not-for-profit organisations.

A bit about you:

You’ll be extremely detail oriented, with the ability to take information in and turn it into actions. You’ll be an outgoing person who won’t have a problem taking the lead, managing accounts and projects across a range of disciplines, backed by a supportive team.
3+ years of previous agency-side Digital Marketing experience is essential. Agency Account Management will be highly regarded as well, although we know the two come hand in hand.

Overall, you’re an astute completer/finisher with a “Get sh*t done” attitude! You are looking to continue using your Digital Marketing skills on a regular basis, while transitioning from Account Management through to an Operations Manager or General Manager role in the not too distant future.

The role:

We’re seeking an organised, digital marketing professional who is comfortable with spending a portion of their time focused on carrying out digital marketing work as well as taking charge of our growing base of clients.

We are looking for someone who can help with both overall strategy and fulfilment of campaigns, projects and day-to-day work. This person would not only work with our existing clients, but they would also assist with internal projects where necessary.
You will relish the opportunity to realise creative projects from start to finish and fuel them with your digital marketing expertise. This is truly an opportunity to be involved in the end to end delivery of ongoing and project work in the creative and digital space.


Account Management
You will transition into being the main point of contact for most of our clients, taking this responsibility from the Managing Director. You will be responsible for either attending to these requests personally, or triaging them throughout the team to ensure client needs. This will also include receiving enquiries for jobs and scheduling them accordingly with our team.
On the Project Management side of things, you’ll be assisting the Managing Director with putting proposals and quotes together and then ensuring the successful delivery of those projects from end-to-end. Since quite a lot of these are videography or photography based, (like TV commercials or brand storytelling projects) you may also be involved in the pre-production process, with support from our Head of Production and Managing Director. Larger projects may require you to assist on shoot days in a producing capacity or lending an extra hand on set.
To begin with, you will also attend meetings with the Managing Director with the view of you being able to attend these meetings yourself where necessary. This is not a sales based role, but you should always be looking for an opportunity to add value and serve clients to the best of your ability, which often leads to more opportunities.


Digital Marketing
We have a growing base of regular Digital Marketing work that you would be involved in delivering. This would include mainly include Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO. You would also need to have a solid understanding of organic social media and have the ability to create regular content calendars for our clients.
You will adopt a results driven approach and assist businesses get more sales, leads and awareness dependant on the goals for their business or organisation.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients or stakeholders.
  • Adept experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO.
  • Ability to use creative tools to put together monthly organic content calendars for social media across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and YouTube, along with strong understandings of how these platforms work.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of all work carried out and the ability to manage teams.
  • The ability to build relationships for the long term with our clients, be willing to understand their needs and find ways to improve their results.
  • The ability to bounce between different areas of your role, depending on workloads. Eg) Being able to pay attention to a larger project, while ensuring day-to-day management of other work is continued, with support from the team.
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn the basics around pre-production, such as mood boards, scripting, storyboarding and shot-listing.
  • The ability to use Project Management software and other tools such as Google sheets, docs etc to ensure visibility and transparency of projects.
  • The desire for personal growth, to progress with a company on a strong trajectory and to also help build the business along the way.
