The position
As a Government and Corporate Account Manager at Intaserve, you will attract and deal directly with high-value customers, ensuring their digital assets are secure.
An average day may include any or all of the following tasks:
Taking calls or replying to emails from authorised representatives
Making changes to customer services, ensuring all internal protocols are strictly followed
Acquiring and onboarding new customers
This is a permanent full-time position based in our office with four weeks of annual personal leave and two weeks of sick/carers leave.

Previous experience in a similar role is welcome; any relevant industry experience will be a bonus. Comprehensive industry and internal policy training will be provided to the successful candidate.
To be the best in this role, we are looking for people with the following attributes:
Articulate and able to communicate with high-value customers
Relationship building and outstanding negotiating skills
Strictly adhere to internal policies and procedures
Efficient problem-solving skills
A high level of attention to detail
Previous experience preparing customer proposals, tender responses and sales reports
Any previous experience in the following areas would be highly regarded:
Domain names
DNS
Cloud
Security applications and policies
