Job description

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Drive growth by crafting media and channel strategies for ANZ business lines, collaborating with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable communication plans. Coordinate with media, creative, and content teams for impactful activations and oversee campaign planning and buying excellence.

* Develop integrated campaign plans across all business segments and media channels, adapting strategies for the market.

* Lead ongoing testing and optimisation across platforms, utilising real-time insights for proactive improvements.

* Execute campaigns across digital media channels, including Social Media, Influencer, Display, CRM, and PR, managing SEO.

* Measure and report on digital metrics against KPIs, optimising asset usage for efficient spending.

* Ensure market campaigns align with global media strategy and playbooks.

* Localise global CRM calendar and oversee local acquisition and retention efforts.

* Collaborate with digital and marketing teams for content consistency and consumer strategy.

* Work with agencies to develop content aligned with brand strategy and SEO.

* Re-purpose content for media, video production, or social media platforms.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

* At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, with expertise in media planning (particularly as a lead for Paid Social, Programmatic, and OOH/TV) either within a leading media agency or in-house digital team of global brands.

* Proficiency in spoken and written English.

* Demonstrated track record of working with large businesses in an international setting and adeptness in managing media budgets.

* Profound familiarity with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (including DV360, SA360, GA), and/or Meta platforms.

* The ideal candidate can efficiently handle multiple projects and requests in a dynamic, collaborative environment. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities are indispensable for this role.

* Experience and comprehensive understanding of branding, search, conversion lift studies, and other cross-media measurement methodologies.

* Previous involvement in collaborating with creative/communications teams to develop compelling assets that guide audiences through the entire consumer decision journey.

* Confidence and proficiency in presentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing, capable of effectively engaging and leading stakeholders through complex subject matter
