Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Officer who has an understanding of the non-profit sector to join our team.
Your primary role will be to devise and execute all Digital Marketing including digital campaigns, paid and organic search, social media, the website and newsletters, as well as provide general assistance across the communication and marketing team. You will create content that engages our staff and external stakeholders and supports our clients to make the most of our services.
As well as having experience with digital technologies (including basic video capabilities), analytics and marketing campaigns, you’re also an excellent writer with a solid news sense. Bring your big ideas and help us transform our marketing and comms.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Direct experience in the development and implementation of digital channels, content and campaigns where you have been the organisation’s point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Experience working with various marketing tools, such as Hubspot, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Creative flair in writing, with a strong command of English
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent time and project management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines and work on different projects simultaneously.
Highly desirable criteria
- Experience in non-profit sector marketing and advocacy
- Hands-on experience with WordPress
- Knowledge and experience with Google Adwords
- Desire for continuous learning as new digital opportunities present
