Digital Analyst

The digital journey of our customers is a top priority at Intrepid. As a Digital Analyst, you are tasked with delving into the data to discover key insights to help improve our digital footprint, while supporting our digital product team with strategies and enhancing reports and dashboards. Your contributions are crucial in elevating the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.Working closely with our Insights Lead, you'll be an integral part of a highly skilled CX team that includes experts in Design, SEO, and Digital Product. Together, in an agile and collaborative environment, we're dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the digital space, aiming to not only achieve, but surpass our strategic objectives.This is a full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne with the flexibility to work some days from home.You will bring a passion for travel and also:At least two years of experience in a Digital Analyst position.Proficient in analysing web behaviour within an eCommerce context.Skilled at communicating insights to drive data driven change.Solid expertise in Google Analytics (or equivalent web analytics platforms) and familiarity with tag management systems.Experience in conducting and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests (MVT) to inform strategic decisions.Demonstrated experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent.In addition, you will be friendly, flexible and have a good sense of humour, all while aligning with Intrepid's core values of real, impactful, ambitious and together.A bit about our people:Our team reflects the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit.
