About the role:
The Digital Product team aims to boost sales and service adoption by pinpointing valuable opportunities within the digital realm. We oversee different segments of the customer experience across our core digital channels. As part of this team, you'll play a key role in implementing initiatives that improve AGL's digital customer experience. These initiatives may cover various business domains and technical platforms. You'll be responsible for overseeing all analysis activities from initiation to delivery within the team's designated domain.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead stakeholder discussions to define initiative objectives and requirements.
Establish success metrics and monitoring plans.
Collaborate on breaking down initiatives into features.
Determine minimum viable product with stakeholders.
Define non-functional requirements and address capability gaps.
Facilitate agile planning and manage dependencies.
Capture detailed requirements using acceptance criteria.
Support quality outcomes and manage risks actively.
Maintain lean documentation and foster a high-performance culture.
About you:
Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role or similar with knowledge or background in the Digital space
Strong understanding of API and integration. e/g Microsoft Azure, AWS
Demonstrated ability to manage various stakeholders and hold the ability to provide insights on customer journeys.
Previous experience with digital features and digital tools. E.g Adobe Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud, Target
Delivered initiatives in an end-to-end agile environment.
