An exciting opportunity is now available for aDigital and Social Media Specialist to join our team.
Role Purpose:
As a Digital & Social Media Specialist, you will execute go-to-market strategies and digital campaigns to support growth, engagement, and service delivery. You will design creatives and manage digital channels for The Labs brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update digital community platforms.
- Implement SEO best practices.
- Optimize website content and user experience.
- Conduct content audits and maintain website accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports.
- Foster and manage online communities.
- Create and distribute newsletters.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new digital offerings.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency.
Selection Criteria;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative, Content, Digital, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of industry-specific experience.
- Proven experience in digital platforms, Social Media, and creative design as well as Website design and CMS management experience
- Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Data analysis and performance monitoring experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
