Job Title:
Customer Solutions Specialist - Social Media
The Advisor II, Blended Support position interfaces with customers via inbound calls/chats/emails, outbound calls/chats/emails, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.
We are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team who will be representing an exciting new client, a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.
Join our Social Media Team as a Customer Solutions Specialist, representing our esteemed Government Client on a range of Social Media platforms. As representatives of the client, we are wanting to ensure seamless customer interactions by providing a positive, professional, and personalised customer experience.
Key Role Details
Start date of 13th of May
Hourly rate of $26.18 + Super
Full time and part time roles available
2 weeks full time training
Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station
Span of hours: Monday through Friday 5:00am to midnight, 24 hours on weekends
Penalty rates paid for after hours and weekend work
Role Duties:
Handle inbound enquiries via Social Media platforms within the required time frame
Monitor online conversations and participate in those conversations to build brand visibility
Handle and escalate service disruptions
Taking a proactive approach to solving customer enquiries at first point of contact
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written communication skills and grammar
Ability to adhere to strict guidelines on acceptable communication
Strong attention to detail
Proactive problem solving skills
Confident and capable in using computers and systems
Previous experience in Social Media/chat based customer service preferred but not essential
