Acclario IT Pty Ltd actively seeking a talented and driven Digital Application and Innovation Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will work within our Modern Work / Digital Application & Innovation team(s) to provide best practice and configuration activities on solutions for our customers in various industries such as Health, Non-for-Profit and Agriculture. You will work with analysts, engineers, and project managers to configure solutions based on the technical designs in the various tools and services available within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuring Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
Configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists and permissions to host SharePoint solutions and adhering to governance, policies, and best practices for the organisation’s tenant.
Configuring MS Teams to accommodate organisation’s requirements.
Designing solutions based on business requirements our customers present.
Providing ideas around the best way to use Office 365 for a particular organisation – e.g. how to use Teams, Power BI, SharePoint etc.
Documenting designs and technical documentation from the solutions you will build.
Migrating data from on-premises SharePoint environments into SharePoint Online or from site to site.
Working with customers in workshops to detail requirements, train or onboard users to the solutions we build.
Assisting helpdesk with any escalated tickets in your skill domain and upskilling our internal staff where possible.
Skills to succeed:
Understanding what is available in the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment.
Experience in the configuration and setup of Office 365.
Experience in creating basic Power Apps solutions and working with the Power Platform.
Experience in the configuration and setup of Power Automate.
Knowledge of subscription models for Microsoft Cloud Services.
Feature knowledge in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Common Data Service / Dataverse.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
Experience with Microsoft DevOps is desirable.
Experience in Agile project delivery is desirable.
