About the Role
The Digital Product team is charged with maximising sales and service adoption by identifying value-driving opportunities across the digital experience. Digital Product is responsible for varying segments of the experience we deliver to customers in our core digital channels.
You will contribute to the delivery of initiatives that enhance AGL's digital customer experience. Initiatives may span multiple business domains and technology platforms. You will take end-to-end accountability for all analysis activities on initiatives from initiative inception through to delivery within the prescribed domain of the Identity Team.
What you’ll be doing
Initiative delivery:
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to drive the definition of an initiative's objectives & requirements
Decompose an initiative into features and epics, working with the Product Owner
Define how the success of an initiative shall be measured and implement an appropriate monitoring plan
Work collaboratively with initiative stakeholders to identify a minimum viable product, balancing functional, architectural & user experience considerations
Drive the definition of quality of service (non-functional) requirements
Facilitate identification of gaps in solution capability
Ensure end-to-end process integrity is maintained across multiple systems and business units
Facilitate agile estimation, prioritisation, and planning workshops (Program Increment Planning), identifying and managing inter-team dependencies
Capture detailed requirements using acceptance criteria scenarios and support the realisation of quality outcomes
Identify & actively monitor, manage & resolve risks, issues & dependencies
Maintain high-level over-arching lean documentation
Foster a high-performance culture by participating in retrospectives
Business analysis practice support:
Partake in practice initiatives to define, implement & evolve common standards and working practices with an aim of reducing waste and improving efficiency
About You

Professional Experience:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Producer, or comparable role
An understanding of UX, digital content and/or development
Understanding and experience using analytical tools
Requirements gathering and communication
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Technical experience (desirable, not required):
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) accreditation
Auth0, SAP CRM 7 & ISU
API Management Platforms e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Swagger, Postman
Adobe Products e.g., Experience Manager, Marketing Cloud, Target, Analytics
