Digital Business Analyst

Working as a key member of the team on interesting and unique digital/ecommerce projects with  various stakeholders and business units across the organisation to identify, articulate, and formalise business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Product Owners.
• Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with working groups, business units, and stakeholders.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyse commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
• Create functional specifications for solutions.
• Estimate costs and identify business savings.
• Simplify information and translate technical requirements into User Stories.
• Implement and test solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Business Analysis: Proven experience in business analysis, including gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Exposure to large scale programs of work, and someone who has had large scale project involvement as you will be building out business case templates for entire end-to-end ecommerce websites.
• E-commerce/Digital Experience: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital projects, with a good understanding of online sales channels, customer experience, and digital marketing strategies.
• Industry Experience: FMCG/ Retail Digital / Ecommerce experience is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
