What's the role?

Join a high performing media partnerships team working in a fast-paced & collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Australia's biggest media and lifestyle brands such as Vogue, GQ, The Australian, news.com.au, Body+Soul and more.

  • Marketing and media knowledge, with the ability to think creatively and develop integrated solutions for clients.

  • A thirst for culture, communications and desire to work across a wide range of industries such as auto, alcohol, FMCG, business & travel.

  • Create big ideas and compelling campaigns for your clients.

  • Work in a cross-functional creative team, collaborating with strategy, insights, product and digital experts.

Reporting to the Client Success Director, the Client Success Manager role is to develop and sell integrated solutions and partnerships focused on amplifying customer outcomes.

  • Provide product knowledge of the News Corp Australia (NCA) suite to Sales teams and clients

  • Contribute to the uncovery and creation of revenue generating opportunities in the market through media agencies and clients direct.

  • Collaborate with the Client Strategy, Sales and Digital Solutions teams to identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share and profitability within your sales portfolio

  • Work with the Product & Partnerships & Editorial teams to develop solutions and leverage assets from across the NCA network to drive revenue.

Who are you?

  • Experience working in a media, product or integration team within media, advertising, marketing, public relations or publishing industries.

  • Experience developing and delivering successful client outcomes through media campaigns and partnerships.

  • Ability to understand the commercial outcomes required to win client business and know how to work within a team to achieve an outcome.

  • Sound knowledge of advertising and media, integrated marketing and content

  • An eye for detail with strong presentation and communication skills.
