We're on the hunt for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our digital ad operations team for a 10 month parental leave contract. The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital advertising, optimizing our digital ad inventory, and driving revenue growth across various digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing a team of Digital Ad Operations Executives, ensuring the seamless execution of ad campaigns, and implementing strategies to enhance ad performance.

- Campaign Execution: Implement and oversee the end-to-end process of digital ad campaign setup, including ad trafficking, creative testing, and campaign optimization. Ensure campaigns are launched on time and in accordance with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor ad performance using data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and continually optimize campaigns. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve ad delivery.
- Data Driven Insights: Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze ad campaign performance. Make data drive decisions to enhance ad delivery, improve targeting, and optimizing overall ad performance.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of skilled Digital Ad Operations Executives, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Provide guidance, support, and facilitate regular performance evaluations to support professional growth.
- Ad Inventory Management: Work closely with the Digital Yield and Operations Director to manage ad inventory across various digital channels, maximizing ad space utilization and optimizing revenue generation.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the point of contact for technical issues related to ad serving and resolve any ad-related discrepancies or discrepancies with third-party vendors in a timely manner.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Lead and actively participate in ad hoc projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the ad operations workflow. These projects may involve working with external vendors, evaluating new tools, or implementing process improvements to optimize the team's productivity and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaboration with External Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to explore new opportunities, establish best practices, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ad operations.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, ad servers, ad exchanges, programmatic buying, and other related technologies.
- Proficient in using ad tech tools, such as Google Ad Manager, AdSwizz, Magnite or similar ad-serving platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns to meet and exceed client objectives and revenue targets.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
