About the Role The Digital Campaigns Lead is responsible for project managing Starlight’s suite of flagship peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and working collaboratively with a team to develop and implement successful fundraiser acquisition, activation, and engagement strategies. The role reports into the Digital Fundraising & Experience Manager and supports the delivery of sustainable income growth within Starlight’s Community Fundraising Team. Success in this role will involve: Delivery of community fundraising projects and events Strong focus on cost of fundraising, income targets & effective ROI Project Management Exceptional working relationships cross-functionally and externally Effective communication and ability to work to deadlines. Maintain CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) & shared drives. Knowledge of latest research & opportunities for digital fundraising Adhere to legal fundraising requirements & Starlight guidelines. Key responsibilities will include: In collaboration with the Digital Campaigns & Experience Manager, execution & optimisation of community fundraising campaigns Leading campaign testing strategies Project management (timelines, milestones, roles & responsibilities) Leading internal and external Campaign project, PR, and design WIPs Fundraiser Acquisition and Activation Campaign performance and acquisition analysis and reporting. About you The successful candidate will have: Qualification in Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience Experience managing peer to peer fundraising platforms and CRM’s. Ability to create compelling campaign concepts Excellent project management skills Curious and solution focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.
