About the job…
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital & Commerce Marketing Executive to join our team at Novotel Surfers Paradise. This is a permanent part-time role offering four (4) days / thirty (30) Hours per week.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the role will be responsible for implementing and continuing marketing and promotional activities in line with venue goals and objectives.
The Amazing Opportunity…
As a Digital & Commerce Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and update the new hotel microsite and listing on ALLACCOR.com
• Updating and ongoing maintenance of all owned digital platforms
• Coordinating paid media advertising campaigns and creative assets
• Copywriting for websites, digital advertisements, EDMs and other digital media
• Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools
• Analysing digital marketing results and sharing insights with the team to develop optimisation plans
• Creation of hotel collateral, signage and promotional materials
• Keeping on top of digital trends and helping to identify new digital opportunities
• Support the Director of Sales and Marketing, to plan and implement the overall digital marketing business plan
• Coordination of famils, influencer stays and photography shoots

Qualifications
About you…
Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ hand-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta and CRM software
• Experience in the hospitality industry and ACCOR is advantageous
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications or related field
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
• Vibrant personality, professional and always well-presented
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
• There may be opportunities to continue your career with Accor at completion of contract
• Must have Australian work rights
