The Digital Content & SEO Coordinator role is central to enhancing the digital experience across University websites that support reputation and revenue. This position supports the overarching performance and optimisation strategy through content authoring, experimentation support and SEO approach.
The Digital Content & SEO Coordinator plays a key part in developing and executing customer-centric digital experiences across core University websites, using data and qualitative insights to drive ongoing improvement.
Alongside CMS authoring, this role supports the university’s Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy for priority sites and audiences, ensuring SEO efforts align with overall strategic goals. It also supports the delivery of experiments to test, target and personalise content in line with the digital marketing strategy.
To be successful you will need:
- Significant experience in authoring and maintaining content management systems
- Experience delivering and monitoring SEO activities for large websites with proven results
- A solid understanding of accessibility and quality assurance in web environments
- Experience optimising content in support of digital experience and performance
- Basic understanding of optimisation and experimentation platforms
- Basic understanding of analytics platforms and ability to interpret related data
- Experience or willingness to learn Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, Experience Manager)
