Role
This 3-6 month contract supports the Comms & Partnership team. Working on various tasks, including new copy for the website, edm development for partner offers and fundraising events, and refreshing media kits. You will also support the broader team by monitoring the marketing inbox.
This position can be 4 or 5 days a week, with Tues & Thurs spent at the office in Southbank.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Communications and Partnerships Manager to create innovative content across multiple marketing/communication channels.
- Write engaging copy that aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
- Produce copy for various external communications, including the Company's Information Guide, website, EDMs, passenger communications, media kits, editorials, advertorials, media releases, award submissions, briefs, presentations, social media posts and proposals.
- Develop and deliver regular internal communications for staff and crew; maintain the Company's intranet news pages; support corporate events and functions as required; and ensure up-to-date key content (including induction materials) for staff, crew, and contractors.
A methodical professional with experience planning, creating and editing content. You have experience working with mid-large marketing teams and budgets, ideally within travel & tourism. Strong written and visual communication skills are required.
This role requires someone who is flexible and happy to support the team with activities outside of content creation.
