- Improve the digital customer experience of all Allianz Australia sales and service platforms, driven by a deep understanding of web content writing, executing Allianz's Digital First strategy, and supporting the strategy vision for the transition of offline sales and service to an online environment.
- Create well-structured, styled content appropriate for online publishing.
- Review, edit, and repurpose digital and printed content assets to ensure that the conveyed information is accurate, compliant, fit-for-purpose, and suitable for the channel.
- Review and refresh content on webpages and campaign landing pages.
- Provide professional advice about Digital Content, usability, user-centred design, information architecture and web related issues in the delivery of content products and services on the digital channels.
- Create and maintain policies, guidelines, training, and governance materials to ensure the integrity of digital channels.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Significant experience in digital marketing or related role.
- Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in UX copywriting.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements impact AAL.
- Exposure to digital accessibility is highly desirable.
