We are currently recruiting a Digital EAP Clinician (Contracting opportunity) to join our team. In this role, you have the option to work from home and choose the hours/days you work!
You will be at the leading edge of delivery to our diverse client base, providing employee well-being services and counselling via phone and video.
This dynamic role will see you:

  • Deliver phone and video counselling appointments to a diverse population of clients
  • Take ownership of day to day clinical case management and apply clinical knowledge and experience to the clinical case management process
  • Work collaboratively with members of the team and contribute to a supportive and high-performance team environment
We would love to talk to you if you:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling:
  • Psychologists are required to be registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Social Workers are required to have membership with AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Counsellors are required to have membership with either the ACA Level 3 (Australian Counselling Association) or as a PACFA Clinical Member (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia)
  • Possess a strong level of clinical experience and skill, able to provide short term psychological counselling to a variety of clients independently
  • Possess the ability to deal with clients and providers at all levels and translate client needs into high level professional operational service delivery
  • Have well developed interpersonal skills with an ability to present and interact and influence at all levels
  • Have a level of comfort with IT systems, including learning and using multiple systems simultaneously
