About the Opportunity
The Program Manager will continue the delivery of Digital Glenelg (DG) projects and initiatives and spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program.
This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates who have a strong background in project management, are experienced in leading the implementation of ERP systems, show exceptional leadership skills, and have a proven record of driving transformational change
Your Talents
You will serve as the critical liaison between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and your focus on innovation and quality assurance will be instrumental for success.
You will be accountable for implementing Council’s ERP system and overseeing other DG projects with the responsibility to deliver project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, oversee vendor performance, lead and motivate teams, identify and mitigate risks and foster a culture transformation.
You will have the ability to embrace our organisational values, have extensive experience in managing complex projects end to end within local government, the ability to manage and communicate change and provide leadership to all levels of the organisation.

This is position is contracted for a period of 3 years with the possibility of an extension. This role is situated in the picturesque coastal town of Portland, Victoria. While we support a flexible work environment, this position will be primarily based in the municipality office.
