About the role

Ready to make a big impact? As a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of the team behind our performance media strategies across the entire customer journey. Your expertise in search, social, display, and affiliate marketing will be key to driving explosive customer growth.

Day to day, you'll: 

  • Develop and manage killer performance media strategies across platforms like search, social, aggregators, and display to smash our business goals.
  • Get hands-on with the planning, development, and execution of media tactics that drive key acquisition, retention, and channel-based objectives.
  • Identify, shape, plan, and test new, exciting customer growth opportunities across media channels.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and media agencies to ensure we hit our strategic, financial, and operational targets.
  • Support in delivering our digital media capability plan to transform how we buy media, working alongside partners like Google.
  • Keep a keen eye on the performance media budget, ensuring we meet financial requirements and success metrics.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity, with flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You've got experience in a similar role, whether in-house or at a digital agency, you're off to a great start.
  • Your proven track record in supporting full-funnel performance media strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and channel goals will shine here.
  • Your hands-on experience with digital advertising channels like Paid Search, Social, Display, and Affiliates will come in handy.
  • You’re proficient with marketing and advertising tech like Google Marketing Platform, Meta, and Customer Data Platforms.
  • You know how to use analytics platforms and data-driven insights to plan, deliver, and measure performance media activities.
  • You’re a team player, with a knack for managing internal stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Managing vendors or third parties to achieve set goals within agreed constraints is second nature to you.
