We are looking for an awesome individual who is passionate about building high performance Digital Strategies. We are looking for experience in running Paid Search campaigns brands for Direct to Consumer and eCommerce businesses.
Requirements
The role requires the Paid Search Specialist to:
- Develop Paid Search strategies that are profitable and scalable across various industries.
- Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, and YouTube campaigns.
- Collaborate with a cross-channel digital growth team to drive performance as part of a larger strategy.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients in a highly social and collaborative, remote-first atmosphere using tools like Slack, Zoom, Asana, Email, and other communication tools.
- Continuously innovate and look for smarter and more effective ways to drive performance.
- Prepare performance analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve strategy performance.
- Manage a significant portfolio of clients and competing priorities across various industries in a remote-first environment.
The ideal candidate:
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing client and team expectations and competing priorities. The ideal candidate should be able to handle stress and maintain a positive attitude while delivering high-quality work on time.
- Possesses excellent knowledge and skills in the management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This includes a deep understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, targeting options, tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the broader Paid Media landscape in Performance Marketing, including experience with META Ads suite, Programmatic, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms. This includes the ability to plan, execute, optimise, and measure campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, social atmosphere, and values frequent communication with team members. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with communicating via video calls, in-person meetings, and other remote communication tools.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage direct relationships with both internal team members and clients. This includes the ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and video communication tools, and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Lives & breathe digital marketing, and wants to learn quickly and towards being a world-class Digital Marketer.
- Love working remotely, enjoying the benefits of working from home or while traveling!
