The role is responsible for the seamless operation of our online B2B and D2C channels and delivering exceptional experiences across all digital touchpoints. Within the Digital & Customer Experience Team, you will lead the development and execution of innovative digital experiences and strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and sales. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain best practices for e-commerce, SEO architecture, and content strategy to ensure strong website performance and continual improvement of core metrics. Manage online activity with traffic acquisition, onsite and conversion optimisations, and reporting. Collaboratively develop the digital roadmap and implement e-commerce initiatives and promotions on time and within budget. Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and patterns in behavior, and purchase history to remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities. In partnership with the Marketing Team, assist in planning, executing, and monitoring performance marketing activity (paid digital advertising). Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Digital teams to deliver digital experiences in line with brand strategy, marketing & promotional calendars. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative, technological updates and strategies to ensure high-functioning eCommerce websites. Create and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to track the performance of digital channels and promotions and, assess against KPI targets for ROI and inform future business decisions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage website design and integrations across internal systems and 3rd party vendors. Lead quality control and assurance overseeing web hosting, security, and data collection/privacy in line with Australian and International standards. Stay up-to-date on industry trends to recommend and implement improvements and best practices. Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing management with a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing online experiences. Exemplary understanding and knowledge of e-commerce, marketing, and retail. Skilled in performance and web analytics tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
